We’ve strengthened how totes and orders link together, ensuring smooth performance even when a tote has no inventory linked - no crashes, just seamless handling

Cleaner Handling of Zero Quantity Orders

Sales channel orders imported into Helm with zero quantity now gracefully mark themselves as “sync” and quietly exit the system, keeping your order list clean and clutter-free

Stronger API Rules for Purchase Orders

When creating Purchase Orders via the API, location selection now plays by the rules and you can only select valid warehouse locations - preventing errors before they happen, ensuring data accuracy and tidy workflows

More Visibility in the Packing Terminal

You can now see product options for order inventories directly in the Packing Terminal, making packing decisions faster and clearer

Ship By Date Now in Orders

We’ve added a Ship By Date column to the Order page so you can prioritise at a glance and stay on top of your despatch deadlines
