Pre-Sort Functionality is Added to the Mobile App
For users who want to pick in bulk, and then categorize the items in a per-pick basis before moving to the Box Manager for actual sorting, we've added a new screen where the our system asks for a pre-sort location at the end of each pick. This will allow users to sort the picks first, and then use the Box Manager to sort the orders in a per-pick basis.
Delivered Batch Numbers Now Available in Purchase Order Deliveries
Delivered batch numbers can now be viewed directly in the UI and related reports. (Note: Only applies to deliveries completed after this update.)
Inventory Batch Page Performance Improvements
The Inventory Batch page has been optimized for real-time loading and updates, allowing for significantly faster data interactions.
New Endpoints for Order Sorting Feature
Backend enhancements and new API endpoints have been added to support the new order sorting functionality within the application.
Immediate Order Status Update for Picks
A new setting, Immediate Order Status Update, has been added for picks (default: false). When enabled, orders for which all items are picked will automatically transition to Picked status during the picking process—without waiting for pick completion.
Enforce Packaging Feature Added to Packing Terminal
The Enforce Packaging option has been integrated into the system. When enabled, users will be required to select a packaging option for each parcel in the Packing Terminal. Custom packaging selections will be disabled.
Additional Columns Added to Expiring Products Report
The Expiring Products report now includes the following new columns: Qty of Units, Expiry Date, and Batch Number.
Preview Images Added to Despatch Notes
Product preview images, pulled from product options, can now be displayed in Despatch Notes.
Default Supplier Assignment for Fulfillment Clients
A new feature allows default suppliers to be assigned to fulfillment clients. When enabled, the selected supplier will automatically be assigned to newly created inventory items.
Stock Unavailability Tooltip Icon on Order Index Page
A warning icon has been added to tooltips on the Order Index page to indicate stock unavailability. Users can now detect stock shortages without opening individual order detail pages.
Custom Reporting Added to Multi Pick Pack Terminal (Plugin Update)
The Multi Pick Pack Terminal now supports custom reports including terminal-level and user-based despatch reports, accessible via the plugin interface.
Product Images Integrated into Terminal Sorting App (Plugin Update)

Recent Report Detection for Duplicate Parameters

A new column has been added to list the sales channel logo and access URL for each order, improving channel traceability.
International Order Issues Resolved in Quick Shipment
Validation logic for international orders in the Quick Shipment module has been fixed. Orders are now checked based on the sender address of the active warehouse.

Storage Service Migrated to Amazon S3
The system’s storage infrastructure has been migrated from E Cloud to Amazon S3, resulting in faster and more secure file access across the platform.
Enhancements to Public API
Several improvements have been made to the Public API:
Multiple SKU Support on Inventory Index Endpoint
The Inventory Index endpoint now supports multiple SKU searches. Simply send SKUs as an array in your request to filter by multiple SKUs.
Improvements to create_with_shipment Endpoint
Error handling and order discount calculation logic have been added to the create_with_shipment endpoint under the Order API section.
Expanded Shipment Index Endpoint
The Shipment Index endpoint now includes order data as well as information on merged/split order IDs. This provides better visibility into parent-child shipment relationships and access to merged/split order indexes.

Sender Address Support Added to Shipping Rules
A new sender address configuration option has been added to shipping rules. This enhancement allows rules to be configured based on the ISO code of the warehouse sending the order. Sender warehouse selection can be managed under the Sales Channel settings.
International Order Rule Logic Updated
The logic for international order rules has been revised.
If the sender and destination ISO codes are the same (even if not GB), the order will now be treated as domestic.
Similarly, EU-to-EU shipments will also be treated as domestic.
GB ISO codes containing BT postal codes (Northern Ireland) will continue to be treated as international, as before.
Usage Reference Popup Added to Address Manager
A new popup in the Address Manager now shows where each address is used as a default value across the system, helping users easily identify address usage from a single screen.
Usage Reference and Default Selection Added to Print Templates Page
The Print Templates page now shows where each template is actively used. Additionally, when uploading a new template, users can now select its default usage location during the upload process.
Sort Wall Location Type Added
A new Sort Wall location type has been introduced to the system. This location type will support upcoming features in the mobile app in future releases.
New Setting to Exclude ‘Per Page’ Value from Saved Filters
A new system setting named “Per Page Usage on Saved Filters” is now available. When set to No, the per_page value from the current view will not be applied when saved filters are used.
Colon Character Now Allowed in Inventory SKUs
The character ”:” is now permitted in inventory SKUs. Previous character restrictions have been updated accordingly.
Alignment and Empty Line Issues Fixed in Packing Report
Layout issues, including empty lines and alignment problems within the Packing Report, have been resolved.
Location Visibility Restricted for Fulfillment Clients on Stock Replenishment Page
A visibility setting has been adjusted to ensure that fulfillment clients can no longer view locations on the Stock Replenishment page.
Timestamp Inconsistency Fixed for Public API Order Creation
A timezone mismatch affecting created_at and updated_at fields in orders created via Public API has been fixed.
Shipping Lock Issues Resolved in Public API
Several issues related to locking shipments via Public API have been resolved. Please note: you must include the requested service field when performing create or update operations to successfully apply a lock.
Error Messaging Improved for Inventory Batch Type Updates
Error messages shown during inventory batch type updates have been clarified and corrected.
Pre-generated Labels Not Printing in Packing Terminal Fixed
An issue that prevented pre-generated labels (via API or plugins) from being printed in the Packing Terminal has been resolved.

Auto Pick Creation Plugin Fulfillment Settings Issue Resolved
An issue related to the fulfillment settings of the Auto Pick Creation Plugin has been fixed. The plugin now works seamlessly with different fulfillment profile options.

Enhanced Warehouse Stock Transfer Module Released (Mobile App Support Coming Soon)
A new and improved Warehouse Stock Transfer module has been added to the system. It can be accessed via the Stock Transfers button on the Inventory Index page. This module enables smooth tracking and completion of stock transfers between warehouses for both standard and batch inventory. The feature is available via both UI and Public API, with mobile app integration coming soon.
Partial Movement for Batch Numbers Now Supported (Mobile App Support Coming Soon)
The system now supports partial stock movement for batch numbers, with a refreshed interface and new capabilities. This functionality will soon be available in the mobile app.
Updated Batch Labelling History Page
The Batch Labelling History interface has been redesigned to provide faster access and improved usability for viewing label data.
New PO Filter Added to Back Order by SKU Report

Location Barcodes Can Now Be Printed from the System
Users can now print location barcodes directly from the system. To use this feature, navigate to Settings > Locations, select the desired locations, and click the Create Barcodes button located in the top-right corner.
“Check Per Piece” Option Added to Shipping Rule Dimensions
A new setting, Check Per Piece, has been added to the dimension options within shipping rules. When enabled, the system will evaluate each parcel in an order individually instead of using the smallest box algorithm.
Multiple Return Location Support Introduced
The system now supports multiple return locations. To enable this feature, simply activate the Allow Warehouse Based Returns setting in the configuration panel. Once enabled, the system will automatically generate a return location for each warehouse under your location settings. These return locations can be selected within the Return Terminal, and stock transfers can be directed to them accordingly.
Plugin Store Interface Updated
The Plugin Store has been redesigned with a cleaner, faster interface to improve usability and performance.
