New Setting: Improved Bulk & Sort Picking Flow

Setting name: Use Sorting/Sorted Statuses for Bulk and Sort Picks

We've introduced a new setting to help streamline your Bulk and Sort Picking process and make your order statuses more accurate.

What does this setting do?

When enabled, this setting changes how order statuses work during bulk and sort picking:

• Orders will no longer be marked as ‘Picked’ straight after the picking stage

• Instead, they will move into a Sorting status

• Once the tote is belted via the mobile app, the order will then transition to Sorted

⚠️ Important: Mobile App Required

If you switch this setting on, you must complete the picking and sorting process using the mobile app. This ensures order statuses are updated correctly at each stage.

Why this change matters:

• Prevents confusion when searching for orders

• Gives better visibility of which stage each order is in

• Makes the workflow smoother and easier to track
