A feature-packed update! We’re adding new controls for despatch dates, API upgrades, better pick management, and more 🚀.
Allowed Despatch Date – Supervisor Control Added
Supervisors can now set an Allowed Despatch Date for orders via UI, imports, or the Public API. This doesn’t block orders from entering the packing terminal, but it restricts label creation until the set date.
(Enable via General Settings > Packing > Enable Allowed Despatch Date Feature)
Order Allocation Route – Public API Expanded
A new Queued Order Allocation route lets you queue up to 3,000 orders (at 100 orders/min) for automatic allocation by warehouse via the Public API.
Sales Channel ID – Now Visible
Sales Channel IDs are now displayed in the UI, and a new API route provides sales channel data access.
Filter for Unassigned Picks – Added to Picks Page
You can now filter for unassigned picks directly on the Picks Page.
Naming Updates in UI – Courier & Channel APIs Relabelled

A small tweak for clearer navigation.
Pick Creation Route – Public API Expanded
Create new picks via the Public API, automatically allocating orders (up to 100 per request) to warehouses and assigning them to a new pick.
Billing Container Picking – Smoothed Out
Various improvements and bug fixes applied to Billing > Container Picking.
Merge Order Popup – Cleaned Up
Removed the unnecessary “Item Counts” field from the Merge Order Popup. Leaner, cleaner.
