As midsummer settles in and the working days run long and busy, Helm has been quietly tightening the bolts. This release is all about dependability: cleaner webhook data, calmer logins, sharper access controls and a handful of refinements across ordering, stock and reporting. Nothing here demands your attention — these are the steady, behind-the-scenes improvements that simply make the day run more smoothly.

Webhooks now carry more of the picture. Previously, some payloads were sent with certain data fields missing; outbound webhooks now include the fullest set of data available at the moment they are dispatched. Anything you have wired up to listen for those events receives a richer, more complete picture, so downstream systems stay properly in step with Helm.

A few thoughtful touches make order handling feel more dependable. Tax Exclusion rules within Order Rules now apply exactly as configured, so your tax handling behaves precisely the way you have set it up.
Fulfilment Client Administrators have also gained a small but welcome convenience: notes can now be added to despatched orders, keeping useful context attached to an order even after it has left the building.

Signing in is now as straightforward as it should be. Users with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled were, in rare cases, prompted to log in twice; we have reworked the 2FA process so a single, smooth sign-in is all that is needed.
A permissions refinement keeps sensitive information properly scoped. Access to the Global Account page is now restricted to Administrators, ensuring system-level details stay visible only to the roles that need them.

Several refinements keep your operational figures trustworthy. The Ship By Date filter now works reliably across every scenario, so narrowing orders down to the right despatch window behaves exactly as expected.
The Back Order system now calculates stock levels using active orders only; deleted orders are no longer counted, giving you a cleaner, more accurate view of what is genuinely on back order.
Over on the Stock Replenishment page, selecting a target location is once again smooth and reliable, letting your team direct replenishment exactly where it needs to go.

Empty Location Collector has been given a more patient touch. Where a short delay between creating a stock location and filling it could previously see the location swept away before stock arrived — most often during Batch Stock operations — the collector now only removes empty locations that are more than 15 minutes old. Newly created locations are given room to breathe, so your stock lands exactly where it should.
The Volumetric Report now supports values with up to four decimal places, giving you finer precision for those measurements where every fraction counts.

Every change in this release is a small step towards a Helm that asks less of you and gives back more confidence: data you can rely on, access that stays neatly in place and figures that always add up. Thank you for trusting us with your operations. We will keep polishing and refining so that Helm continues to feel like a steady, dependable colleague.
