The height of summer brings a release with real substance. Helm has been busy on two fronts: smoothing the everyday rhythms of the Packing Terminal and stock handling, and adding a few genuinely useful new capabilities around printing, bulk data and billing. Whether you are labelling parcels, printing shelves of barcodes or fine-tuning how charges are referenced, this release is designed to make the work feel that little bit more effortless.

The Verify Products screen has gained a welcome convenience: Packaging Inventory can now be scanned without leaving the screen, so packers stay in a single, uninterrupted flow rather than hopping away mid-task.
We have also refined where Verify Products appears. The feature is now disabled on the B2B Packing Terminal, keeping that workflow focused on exactly what B2B operations need and nothing they don't.
Your S19 labels now carry more of the detail that matters, including the order's email address and phone number, so the right contact information travels with the parcel.
Behind the scenes, several calculations are now more dependable. Open Order stock figures for component-type inventory items have been tweaked correctly, giving you a trustworthy view of availability. And weight and dimension figures for Group Items now stay reliably in sync: updating a group's components or configuration automatically recalculates the group's weight and dimensions, so your shipping data always reflects the current make-up of the group.

Printing large volumes of Location Barcodes used to be a genuine obstacle. We have redesigned the Location Barcode Printing process from the ground up, now powered by QZ Tray for fully automated printing. You can send whole batches of location barcodes to print automatically and watch the progress as they go, turning what was once a stubborn manual chore into a smooth, hands-off task.

Managing inventory data in bulk just got easier. Import/Export now supports the Inventory Export Value field, so you can review and update Inventory Export Values across your catalogue in one go rather than one record at a time.
There is also more control over how charges are referenced. A new option lets you choose which value is sent as the Reference Number for Delivery Charges in the Cost Centre. Configure it under Settings → Integrations → Client Billing → Delivery Billing Reference Option so your delivery invoicing references exactly the identifier that suits your operation.

Every change in this release is a step towards a Helm that does more of the heavy lifting for you: printing that runs itself, data you can update in bulk and calculations you can simply trust. Thank you for trusting us with your operations. We will keep polishing and refining so that Helm continues to feel like a steady, dependable colleague.
