🧭 Choose Your Own Presort Location
If your account uses Presort, you can now pick your own location when picking orders — more control, less guesswork!
📱 App Running Smoother
We squashed some bugs and tidied things up in Bulk and Sort Picking. You should notice things running more smoothly now.
🚀 Faster Picking Routes
We gave picking routes a tune-up. They now load quicker and work more efficiently in the app.

For those who like the behind-the-scenes stuff, you can now click a button to view technical log info.
👤 Who Did What? Now You Know.
The Stock Transaction Report now shows the name of the user who made each change. No more mystery!
🧮 Tidier Stock Value Reports
Group SKUs have been removed from the Stock Value History Report to keep things clear.
(This only applies to reports made after this update.)
🔒 Shipping Method Changes Now Logged
Any time shipping methods are locked or unlocked on orders, it’s now tracked in the system.
🔌 Plugin Changes Are Tracked Too
Installed a plugin? Updated one? Removed one? All of that is now logged automatically.
📊 API Limits Based on Your Plan
Your system now knows your plan and applies fair API usage limits:
Business: 100 requests/min
Ultimate: 250 requests/min
Enterprise: 300+ requests/min
🗨️ Repeating Error Messages Gone
An annoying bug in the Packing Terminal was repeating error messages. We gave it the boot.
👻 Hidden Webhooks (When They Should Be)
If fulfilment is turned off, webhooks will now stay out of sight — just how they should be.
🧑🏭 Warehouse Operative Pages Looking Better
Some weird layout glitches for the new Warehouse Operative role? Fixed!
📧 Email Rules Now Work for Returned Orders
Emails set up for returned orders weren’t sending... but now they are.
🤯 Special Characters No Longer Break Things
We fixed an issue where special characters in fulfilment names caused layout chaos.
📉 Better Stock Level Calculations in Reports
Back Order by SKU reports now show more accurate stock levels.
🚫 Zero Quantity = No Stock Record
Orders with items set to zero will no longer create pointless inventory records.
🔗 Neuro Product Linking Issues Fixed
We’ve sorted out product linking problems in the Neuro product collector.
