The summer keeps its steady pace, and so does Helm. This release is built around one central theme: reliability. From the way data flows through webhooks to the way your team navigates stock movements on the Mobile App, every change here is designed to make the system feel more solid, more predictable and more pleasant to work in.

The webhook system has been redesigned from the ground up to deliver more consistent, clearly structured data with every request. Each payload now carries exactly what it should, in a format your downstream systems can depend on, without any risk of on-the-fly order modifications slipping in uninvited and muddying the picture. If your integrations rely on webhook data for finance, fulfilment or analytics, they will now receive a cleaner, more trustworthy signal every time.

Finding the right location during a stock movement is now considerably easier. The movement location selection screen in the Mobile App displays the product name, SKU and, where one is available, the product image alongside each option. Your team gets the confirmation they need at a glance, reducing the chance of a mis-pick or a misplaced item on a busy shift.
Box scanning on the Mobile App now works reliably with the correct inventory quantities, so operators can scan with confidence knowing the numbers behind each scan are accurate and up to date.

Pallet label printing in the Pallet Management Plugin has been moved to a fully app-managed process. Labels are now generated and handled directly by the Mobile App interface, rather than routing through each device's native printing platform. In practice, this means your team no longer needs to configure a printer on every individual mobile device; printing just works, wherever they are on the floor.

Packeye recordings can now be created reliably even after a session has been open for more than 15 minutes. The system refreshes itself correctly in the background, so operators working through longer packing sessions will no longer encounter a recording failure simply because time has passed.
The Custom Report Builder now exports exactly the data you ask for. Column output is accurate and consistent across all report configurations, so the exports you rely on for client billing, stock reconciliation and operational review will reflect the correct values every time.
A permissions refinement ensures that fulfilment client users can no longer be assigned to assemblies. Access is now correctly scoped to the roles that need it, keeping your user management clean and your operational data secure.

Every update in this release is a step towards a Helm that requires less intervention and delivers more confidence: systems that refresh themselves, data you can trust and a Mobile App that gives your team the right information at the right moment.
Thank you for being with us on this journey. We build every release with your operations in mind.
