Smarter Shipping & Sharper Order Insights

This release gives your dispatch and planning teams more precise control over how shipments are validated and clearer visibility into the orders moving through your operation.

We have improved how dimensions are handled in Shipping Rules. New Dimension Rule types let you validate shipments on a parcel-by-parcel basis rather than combining the dimensions of every parcel into one figure. You can now select the new Flexible Dimensions, Per Parcel rule type, giving you far more accurate validation for multi-parcel shipments and fewer surprises at the point of dispatch.

Order Weight is now available as a column on the Orders screen, and you can filter orders by their weight. This makes it considerably easier to spot heavier consignments, plan handling and prioritise the work that matters most to your day.

A More Capable Public API

The Public API continues to grow in both reach and reliability, giving your integrations more to work with.

You can now attach and detach Pre-Sort Locations to picks directly through the Public API, allowing your integrations to manage sort locations programmatically and keep your picking flows perfectly in step with the rest of your systems.

We have also strengthened how the Public API handles discounts. Orders can now be updated reliably even when the discount amount exceeds the order total, so your integrations behave predictably no matter how the figures fall.

Dependable Integrations & Everyday Refinements

A handful of quiet improvements keep the day-to-day running smoothly across integrations and core workflows.

Channel options provided through Neuro integrations now work exactly as intended, keeping your connected channels behaving consistently and reliably.

On the Purchase Order Delivery Terminal, Product Lookup now displays a clear confirmation message when you scan an inventory item that already exists, giving your team helpful reassurance and a smoother path through deliveries.

Plugin Enhancements To Keep Terminals Flowing

Our plugins have gained some thoughtful touches to keep your terminals moving at pace.

The Terminal Sorting Plugin now supports Packaging Barcodes. Scanning a packaging barcode adds the correct quantity of packaging inventory to the list, making it quicker and more accurate to record the materials your team uses.

The Multi PickPack Terminal has gained several quality-of-life improvements. It no longer shows a success message when shipment creation fails due to incorrectly configured dimensions, so your team always sees an accurate result, and inventory-related failures are now logged with far more detail, making any issue much easier to understand and resolve.
